EmblemHealth's CEO Honored at City & State's "Above & Beyond" Awards Ceremony

NEW YORK, NY (April 1, 2016) — City & State, the New York government and policy news media outlet, selected EmblemHealth's CEO, Karen Ignagni, as an honoree at the fifth annual "Above & Beyond" awards gala, which was held last night in New York City. Above & Beyond is an annual celebration that honors 25 exceptional New York women in the fields of public service, business, organized labor, nonprofit and media.

"I am honored to receive this award. As someone relatively new to New York, it means a great deal to be recognized alongside some of New York's most talented, hard-working community leaders," said Karen Ignagni, President and CEO of EmblemHealth.
