In December 2011 we initiated the first in a series of Provider Advisory Webinars to keep you and your staff current on EmblemHealth policies and procedures that may affect how you conduct business with EmblemHealth, GHI and HIP. The Webinars give an overview of the enhanced functionality of our EmblemHealth Web site, introduce our benefit plans and provide instruction on key functions needed by your practice to obtain prior approvals, make referrals, submit and track claims, etc. The Webinars also update you on new policies that may affect care or your interactions with us.
The feedback we have received from practitioners surveyed after participating in our Webinars has been positive. We invite you to register for one of our upcoming Provider Advisory Webinars. All you need to participate is an Internet connection, a telephone and an hour.
