Set up home delivery and refills for your prescriptions

Medicare plans are the opportunity to have your prescription drugs delivered to your door. Express Scripts (ESI) is our home delivery pharmacy service. There is no difference between drugs delivered by ESI and those you pick up at your walk-in pharmacy. But ordering your long-term prescription drugs from ESI is a good idea because you:

  • Get free shipping on all orders.
  • Make fewer trips to the local pharmacy.
  • Refill and check the status of your prescriptions online.
  • Talk to pharmacists, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you have a prescription for a new maintenance medication, it's easy to get started with Express Scripts (ESI) Mail Order Pharmacy. All you need is to have your doctor or other licensed health care professional send your prescription to ESI.

You may also ask your doctor to fax 1-888-327-9791.

Members can directly request home delivery from Express Scripts (ESI) by filling out the Home Delivery Form and mailing it to the address listed below.
