GHI and GHI HMO's Drug Quantity Management program establishes and monitors appropriate levels of use for selected drugs or drug categories that are high-cost and/or prone to overuse, misuse, waste or abuse.
Medications in this program include*:
- Erectile dysfunction therapy
- Migraine medications
- Smoking cessation aids
- Smoking cessation therapy
- Bupropion sustained-release tablet
- Nicotine inhalation system
- Nicotine nasal spray
- Nicotine transdermal patch
- Nicotine polacrilex gum
