GHI HMO and GHI PPO Will Withdraw From the Medicaid, FHPlus and CHPlus Programs in Selected Counties, Effective 01/01/2010

As of January 1, 2010, GHI HMO and GHI PPO will no longer participate in the Medicaid, Family Health Plus or Child Health Plus programs in 21 upstate counties.
