Upload Missing Enrollment Documentation: For cases that have been "Pended" or "Denied" due to missing documentation, you now have the ability to upload the missing documents and get your submission back on track.
New Underwriting Guidelines: We have updated the following functions to reflect our new group membership participation requirements:
Creating rates and proposals
Submitting small group enrollment changes
Managing new case enrollment submitted via the portal
News about GHI SBAP Administrative Functions
Small Business Advantage Plan (SBAP): We are updating the "Group Details" and "Member Information" functions for GHI SBAP groups to reflect recent changes to the Small Group Underwriting Guidelines. We expect that information will be up and running again by July 9, 2010.
