HIP Child Health Plus (CHPlus)

How many children under age 19 don't get the health care they need because their parents can't afford it? At EmblemHealth, we don't want any children to go without health insurance. That's why we offer the New York State-sponsored CHPlus program through our subsidiary HIP. It provides uninsured children under 19 years of age with a full range of health care services for free or for a low monthly cost, depending on family income.
