Healthy Beginnings PATH Pregnancy Management Program

Cheerful Pregnant Woman

Are You Pregnant?

We have what you need to help ensure a safe and healthy pregnancy. Call to join our Healthy Beginnings PATH program at 888-447-0337 as soon as you find out you are pregnant. We'll tell you more about the program and give you guidance throughout your pregnancy and after delivery.

Healthy Beginnings is free and it offers:

  • Three phone surveys; two during your pregnancy to see if there’s anything that could make your pregnancy difficult. The first survey will be done early in your pregnancy. The second one will be done about halfway through. The third one will be done after you deliver your baby.
  • Educational material in the form of website resources to help answer your questions and support you during your pregnancy.
  • A toll-free phone line, answered by a nurse. They can answer your questions about pregnancy, child care, family planning, and more. You can call 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout your pregnancy, and up to 6 weeks after your baby is born.
  • If your pregnancy is high risk, a maternity nurse care manager will work with you one-on-one throughout your pregnancy. They will talk to you by phone and will coordinate with your doctor or midwife to make sure your health care needs are met.
