Vytra is offered to City employees and retirees under age 65 who reside in Queens, Nassau and Suffolk. With this plan, you choose a primary care doctor who will manage and oversee your care, including administering referrals to network specialists and arranging for hospital stays.

Vytra gives you low out-of-pocket costs. You get:
- Coverage for in-network services
- A primary care physician (PCP) to partner in your health
- $5 copay for PCP and specialists
