Our team of representatives shares a collective average of 23 years of service with EmblemHealth.
Michael Maffucci, Director of Account Services, explains, “The strength of our team is their knowledge of and access to all aspects of the broker business.
"Each new Account Representative must complete a 12-week training course. They also keep up-to-date about all facets of the health care insurance industry with additional training about new products, benefits, procedural changes, and anything that may affect our brokers’ ability to sell our products."
Since trusted relationships often lead to increased sales, all General Agents and Brokers are assigned a dedicated representative. You have direct access to someone you can count on to answer your questions and address your concerns.
