In Our Prime - Prime Network vs Select Care Network for Small Groups in New York

Starting January 1, 2018, upon renewal, we will no longer offer our Select Care Network for small groups. We will replace it with our larger Prime Network.

Why? Because you told us you wanted to give your groups more choice, better cost savings, and convenient care. And, as your partner, we want to make sure you have what you need to grow your book of business.

Keep in mind, new groups that join EmblemHealth in January or after will have access to the Prime Network upon enrollment.

Groups already enrolled with us will have access to the larger network when they renew but will remain on the Select Care Network until their 2018 anniversary date.
