Changes to Our Commission Process

To better serve you, we are making improvements to our internal technology.

Some of these improvements will result in the following changes to how you receive your commissions:
  • Commission statements and payments will now come directly from EmblemHealth.
  • Selling Agents and General Agents will receive payments from multiple systems.
  • Statements from each system will come in one envelope that will be sent on the 15 of every month. This process will begin in August of this year for small groups, and in September for large groups.

You will still be able to get your statements in paper form, by email, or as downloadable PDFs from our Broker portal. These changes will remain in effect until all groups are transitioned onto our new system.
