We’re adding three new plans to our product portfolio for 2017. Each built with your book of business in mind:

Our new plans:

  • Include an expanded Prime Network. The Prime Network now reaches throughout the tristate area — New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
  • Provide the option to add a deductible. Groups decide how much of the cost-sharing to pass onto members.
  • Offer doctors value-based network arrangements. This approach rewards care that focuses on population health and improved member outcomes.
