Join us for the second class in our 3-session Diabetes Self-Management Series! During our second session, we will explore healthy eating, review label reading, and understand how different foods affect our blood sugar levels. We will also brainstorm meal and snack ideas together and give you tools to successfully meal plan. Mindful eating will also be discussed.
