Smoothies are an easy (and delicious!) way to boost your daily nutrition intake. In this class, you’ll learn, step-by-step, how to make a fresh fruit and vegetable smoothie. Class will be led by Neighborhood Care regional manager, Nicole Browne-Jones. Be sure to have the following ingredients available: 3 cups frozen bananas, 2 cups frozen or fresh mixed berries, 1 cup unsweetened milk (nut, soy, or animal,) 1 avocado, and honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional.)
