What is Future Steps?

Future Steps* is a pregnancy telehealth app, available to eligible Medicaid and HARP members (ages 15-45) at no additional cost. Future Steps is a great resource to help you manage your health and your baby’s health. Feel supported throughout your pregnancy journey anytime, anywhere using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

We must have your current mobile number on file to register you. If you need to update your mobile phone number, please call Customer Service at 855-283-2146 (TTY: 711), 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). A representative will be happy to help you.

Your Own Care Team
Create a “care team” that can include nurses and care managers who will support and care for you throughout your journey.
Connect Anywhere
Connect with your nurse/care manager via chat and virtual telehealth visit to ask questions about your health.
Friendly Community
Join a community of expecting moms who can answer your questions and provide additional support when you need it.
Track Your Health
Track your sleep, steps, and more by connecting your Bluetooth devices and other apps like Apple Health and Google Fit.
Online Survey
Take an online health survey to help us understand your needs and provide the best services to you throughout your pregnancy and after delivery.
Timely Alerts
Receive important reminders about your health insurance.
