Employee Resource Groups
Our employee resource groups (ERGs) are one of the many ways we champion diversity and inclusion at EmblemHealth. ERGs foster a strong internal culture of advocacy, allyship, and equity. They help employees create a space to share their voices and build a sense of belonging while celebrating each group’s uniqueness.

Below is a list of our employee resource groups:

  • Ignite: Ignite is a catalyst for development, connection & innovation. We empower career-minded individuals & future leaders by providing cross-enterprise opportunities for professional growth, skill enhancement, collaboration & networking.
  • Presente: Presente is committed to promoting the visibility and inclusion of Hispanic/Latinx employees within our organization. Presente members come together to network, discuss topics impacting our Hispanic/Latinx communities, and give volunteer support. We also celebrate our culture and heritage as a familia.
  • Prism: Dedicated for members and friends of the LGBTQ+ community. We strive to partner with our internal colleagues and external communities, including through the Prism LGBTQ+ Healthcare Coalition to expand inclusivity, education and awareness that creates better experiences for employees, members, and patients.
  • Rise: Is an employee resource group committed to fostering networking, professional development, mentoring, and leadership opportunities, focusing on the recruitment, retention, learning, and advancement of Black people at EmblemHealth.
  • The Bold Collective: Dedicated to cultivating authentic conversations and meaningful connections among women and their allies, fostering a culture of openness, growth, and innovation.
  • The Melting Pot: Dedicated to promoting the visibility, inclusion, and awareness of the Pan-Asian culture among our employees and in the communities we serve.
