Change to In-Office Lab List for HIP Pediatricians

Effective immediately, CPT-4 code 85018 (hemoglobin [Hgb]) may be rendered by participating HIP, EmblemHealth CompreHealth EPO/HMO and Vytra pediatricians in an office setting (POS 11) when clinically appropriate. This code is also approved for use by hematology/oncology specialists in an office setting when clinically appropriate.
