EmblemHealth offers a robust pharmacy management program. We offer several pharmacy benefit designs, which determine coverage of certain drugs as well as copay amounts for our members. Each pharmacy benefit plan is subject to regulations, state and federal laws, clinical guidelines, a prior approval process and quantity limitations, unless otherwise specified.
