Behavioral Health issues can vary widely. Anxiety and depression, smoking, the misuse of alcohol, medication and illicit substances all have the ability to negatively affect your patients’ quality of life.

Recognizing the signs of a mental health disorder is not always easy. Your role as the provider plays a significant part in our members’ care which can improve outcomes and the quality of life for members. Screenings, discussing and addressing mental health and substance abuse issues helps ensure members are receiving the right care.
