Unified Court System New Plan Announcement

Dear Participating Provider,

We have exciting news to share that may mean more patients for you.

Effective 8/1/2026, we are welcoming our existing members of the Unified Court System to our Preferred Premier dental plan. These members were previously enrolled in the Preferred Plan. This group can visit any dentist in the Preferred Network with nationwide coverage through Careington and Careington Platinum plans.

You are one of our valued participating dental providers for these members. We encourage you to join us in welcoming the transition of these members to their new plan.

Important Information Regarding Coverage

Unified Court System members receive an annual maximum benefit of $8,000 for covered dental services. In addition, members have a dedicated implant benefit that is separate from the annual maximum, covering the implant body and related implant services.

Preventive care benefits include up to three cleanings and exams annually for both adults and children, as well as fluoride treatments twice per year. Palliative services are covered up to two times per year, and occlusal guard coverage is also included.

Orthodontic benefits are available for both adults and children, covering up to 24 months of active treatment.
