Annual Review of Preauthorization Requirements – Scheduled Updates for July, September, and November 2022

As part of our annual review of advanced radiology preauthorization requirements in collaboration with our partner, eviCore, we have determined the CPT Codes that will be added to the EmblemHealth Preauthorization List starting July 1, 2022.
