Impact of Federal Budget Legislation H.R.1 on Essential Plan and Medicaid

Funding cuts from the federal budget legislation H.R. 1 (Public Law No. 119-21) will impact the Essential Plan and Medicaid programs. Essential Plan changes will affect some members starting July 1, 2026. There are also changes to Medicaid that will take effect on January 1, 2027.
