How We Do Business With You Is Our Top Priority
As part of our efforts to simplify how we do business with you, we are undertaking an initiative to update our provider materials. Our goal is to make it easier for you to identify whether a policy, procedure, or program applies to the members you are contracted to care for. We value the care you provide and coordinate for our members. The first significant change was to the Summary of Lines of Business, Networks, and Plans showing the current suite of networks and benefit plans members may have.
We removed details that are already on the member’s ID card, benefit summary, or Member Details page in the provider portal. We also created two sections of the page: one for 2025 and one for 2026. That way you can more conveniently find the information that applies to commercial plans that started in 2025, but will not renew until 2026.
To read the Summary, look at the columns from left to right. The key piece of information you will need is the network. If you are contracted for a network shown, you will be responsible for treating members with the lines of business and plans listed in the same row. The last column shows whether the member has out-of-network coverage and whether a referral is required.
