New Member Portal

This month, we are launching new portals for our members that will use the same technology as our provider portals launched last year. This means that when you create a referral or preauthorization request, your members will be able to look up and access the referral and preauthorization information themselves. Additionally, your office should take advantage of the provider portal’s ability to upload documents in support of your preauthorization requests, concurrent reviews, and discharge plans—it will save you time and effort.
