Provider Portal Demo – Modifying Diagnosis Code

Join us for a quick provider portal demonstration.

We are offering demonstrations on how to update a draft emergent inpatient admission notification on our provider portal to help you receive quicker determinations.

Please mark your calendars for one of the sessions listed below.

You should make sure:

• Everyone who may contribute to a notice is set up with a provider portal account and assigned to the Administrator/Office Manager or Clinical Staff role.
• Workflows are in place so there are clear hand-offs and responsibilities defined so notice drafts are completed and submitted within the 120-hour time frame.

The sessions will be held via Teams. Make sure you have Teams on your computer or other device you will be using. Five minutes before the selected session begins, just click the applicable “Join Session” link.
