Post-Acute Care Insourcing Webinars

Beginning Dec. 1, 2022, post-acute care (PAC) services and support for EmblemHealth members will be managed by EmblemHealth instead of eviCore.

To help you understand this change and how it impacts the members in your care, please join our Directors of Care Management and Utilization Management for a webinar to discuss the insourcing for all PAC services and transitions of care program.

We will address items from the fax and Frequently Asked Questions documents that were recently sent to you, as well as answer any of your non-contract-based questions. For your convenience, the presentation slides are available in advance of the webinars.
