Town of Hempstead Joins Preferred Premier Dental Plan

We have exciting news to share that may mean more patients for you.

Beginning 1/1/2026, we are welcoming members of the Town of Hempstead to our Preferred Premier dental plan. This large group of active and retired members can visit any dentist in the Preferred Network with nationwide coverage through Careington and Careington Platinum plans.

You are one of our valued participating dental providers for these members. We encourage you to join us in welcoming these members if they call for an appointment.

Important Information Regarding Coverage

Town of Hempstead members have an annual maximum of $3,000 and includes coverage for implants and abutments. Members have an implant allowance of up to $1,250 towards the $1,800 maximum allowance for the implant body (when they see an In-network provider). Preventive care benefits include fluoride treatments twice a year until age 19 and up to three cleanings per year for both adults and children. Cone Beam CT scans are covered once every five years. Orthodontic coverage is available for both adults and children for up to 24 months of active treatment.
