Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Association Local 831 Join Preferred Premier Dental Plan

We have exciting news to share that may mean more patients for you.

Beginning July 1, 2025, we are welcoming members of the Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Association Local 831 to our Preferred Premier dental plan. This large group of active and retired members can visit any dentist in the Preferred Network with nationwide coverage through Careington.

You are one of our valued participating dental providers for these members. We encourage you to join us in welcoming these members if they call for an appointment.

Important Information Regarding Implant-Related Coverage

EmblemHealth will cover the placement of an implant body and the related abutment for one tooth per rolling 12-month period for active employees under the Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Association Local 831. Coverage includes one surgical implant per tooth per lifetime.

As a participating provider, the plan’s annual dollar maximum does not apply to the implant body and abutment.
