Medicaid Pharmacy Benefit Transition

Effective April 1, 2023, EmblemHealth Enhanced Care (Medicaid) and Enhanced Care Plus (HARP) members will have their pharmacy benefits transitioned from EmblemHealth to NYRx, the New York State (NYS) Medicaid Pharmacy program.
