New Deadline for Home Care Worker Wage Parity

Last month, we announced that the deadline to submit the form for compliance with the Home Care Worker Wage Parity was June 15. Shortly thereafter, we received word that The New York State Department of Health had again extended the deadline. The new deadline for providers to submit is Nov. 1, 2026. Annual Home Care Worker Wage Parity Compliance Requirements Update.
