Important information about your EFT accounts: Immediate Action Required
PNC has informed us that providers enrolled in electronic funds transfer (EFT) using multiple bank accounts for payments from EmblemHealth’s companies, have to reenroll in EFT. This does not apply to providers who use only one bank account.
New systems will require EFT payments to be directed to a single bank account. We cannot select one for you. Therefore, we need you to reenroll with PNC for EFT* by Dec. 1, 2019. It will only take a few minutes to register. If you do not, payments will be made by paper check beginning in December.
How to Enroll in EFT
Web registration is simple. Just have available a recent EmblemHealth Explanation of Payment (EOP) and your bank account information, and then go to PNC Remittance Advantage. From the PNC webpage, click on the “Register Now!” button and follow the instructions for enrollment.
If you need help with the registration process, please call the PNC Remittance Advantage Help Line, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 877-597-5489, option 1. More information about enrolling in EFT is available on EmblemHealth’s website.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter to avoid receiving paper checks.
*Please note: This is unrelated to enrollment in PNC’s ECHO Health EFT for our new funding arrangement for ASO business. Regardless of whether or not you recently enrolled with ECHO, if you have multiple banks accounts, you would still need to reenroll in EFT.
