The Alzheimer’s Association, New York City Chapter provides free information, confidential assistance and support to professionals, as well as people with memory loss and their family members and caregivers. Their core programs include:

Rapid Referral — Allows you to refer a patient or caregiver to a Helpline telephone consultant by completing a simple, one-page form. A Helpline consultant will contact the referred individual within two business days to provide necessary support, guidance and information.

Diversity and Inclusion
The Alzheimer’s Association, New York City Chapter offers diversity and inclusion programs to meet the specific needs of the Latino, African American, Russian, Chinese, LGBT and Orthodox Jewish communities in New York City.

The Chapter also provides language support in Chinese, Spanish, Korean and Russian, as well as linguistically appropriate information and education sessions in Spanish, Chinese and Russian. Translation services are available in 170 other languages and dialects.
