Search By: Member ID
Click Search to view a table with member details that match your search criteria.

Search By: Member Name
The Search By Member Name option will ask for both the member’s name and date of birth.
Searching tip: Enter at least three characters of the member’s last name.
Click Search to view a table with member details that match your search criteria.

The results tables may be sorted by clicking on the column headers.
Filtering Results: Where too many results are returned, you may use the Filter by to remove rows that do not apply.
TIP: Click a circle to select the row with an Active Status and Medical Coverage Type.
NOTE: If you click a circle for a row where the member’s coverage is inactive, a warning message will display.
Click Next to proceed.
