The Preferred Premier plan includes thousands of dentists and specialists in New York and New Jersey,  as well as nationally through the Careington network. You can choose the dentist who’s right for you.

With our robust network of quality dentists, the EmblemHealth Unified Court Judiciary Dental Plan offers care through the Preferred Premier plan, including 17,575* general dentists and specialists throughout New York and New Jersey, and 406,237* nationwide providers through Careington. No out-of-pocket payment or claim form is necessary when you use a network provider for covered services. Members can also receive covered services from out-of-network providers, usually at a greater out-of-pocket cost.

  • Dental Coverage

    Select "Search by Network or Plan." Enter "Dental Preferred with Careington" in the search bar, and then click "Go." If you don’t know the dentist’s name, click "Next" and you’ll be able to search by ZIP code.

Call our dedicated customer service line at 800-624-2414  (TTY: 711). The number is also on the back of your EmblemHealth dental benefits ID card. A customer service representative will be happy to help with any questions. They can also help you request a new ID card if you have not received it by your plan start date. Hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
