Going paperless is a great way to stay organized and make a positive impact on our environment. Choosing paperless communications means you can view your documents and plan materials online as soon as they are available. You will be notified of any new communications by email or text message based on your preferences. To go paperless, sign in to your account, and select the “Communication Preferences” tab under “My Profile.”
Print or Request ID Cards
You can request an ID card for yourself or any member on your plan. Sign in to the member portal and select “ID Cards” in the navigation bar at the top. There, you can download and print a copy of your ID card or request an ID card by mail. Allow up to 10 days for your new ID card to arrive in the mail.
We’ve partnered with JP Morgan Chase to provide an online payment service that is secure and efficient. Once you’re signed into myEmblemHealth, you can access your entire billing and payment history for up to 24 months.
If you enrolled online recently and have an account from our enrollment website, you can use the same username and password to access your myEmblemHealth account. Please note that your coverage cannot start until your first month’s premium is paid (the cost or amount you pay each month for your plan). We must receive your payment no later than 10 days after the due date on your first bill.
Whether you enrolled directly with us, on the New York State of Health Marketplace, or with a broker, making your first payment online is easy – you just need your member ID to get started. You can find your member ID on your invoice or other enrollment communication you’ve received from us. Go to my.emblemhealth.com to set up your account.
Once your first payment is processed, you will have the option to set up autopay and have your monthly premium automatically deducted from your bank or credit card account. Go to the Billing and Payment section of myEmblemHealth to get started.
One-time payments are processed within 2-3 business days. If you sign up for autopay, it may take up to 6 business days for the first automatic payment to be completed; please review your latest invoice or billing history to make sure your premium payments are up to date.
Call us at 888-447-7703 and choose the "Pay My Bill" option in the menu; please have your bank account information, Visa, or MasterCard ready before you call. You will need to verify some information, such as your member ID number, which you can find on your ID card, your invoice, or other confirmation you received from us.
If you prefer not to pay online or by phone, you can send us a check. Please include a copy of your invoice or a copy of the online confirmation you received when you submitted your enrollment, then mail everything to the address below or the return address shown on your bill.
