Your coverage cannot start until your first month's premium is paid. To avoid any delays, please make sure we receive your payment no later than 10 days after the due date on your first bill.
Whether you enrolled directly with us, through NY State of Health, or with a broker, you can make your first payment online using your member ID or choose any of the other payment options on this page.
To create a new member portal account, register here. You will need your member ID number, which you can find on your ID card, invoice, or other enrollment communications you've received from us.
If you enrolled with us online and created an account during your enrollment, you can use the same username and password to sign in to the myEmblemHealth member portal.

To make a one‑time payment as a guest, you'll need your 11‑digit member ID number (from your ID card or invoice), ZIP code, date of birth, email address, and first and last name.
Guest payment can be helpful if you're paying on behalf of another member or if someone is paying on your behalf. You won't be able to view payment history or manage payments without signing in to the myEmblemHealth member portal.
One‑time payments are typically processed within two to three business days. If you sign up for autopay, it may take up to six business days for your first automatic payment to be completed. We recommend reviewing your latest invoice or billing history to make sure your payment has been processed.
