Unlike a traditional health plan app, this new app brings together your coverage information and powerful wellness tools, all in one place. It acts like your personal health companion — ready to guide you toward making informed choices about your health.

We didn't just redesign the app to show your plan information; we built a full health and wellness experience to simplify your life and make staying healthy easier than ever.

You'll also get the essential features you rely on - like benefits and claims information - with a new, lightening-fast design.

Most EmblemHealth members can use the app, including those who enrolled through NY State of Health, New York’s health insurance marketplace.

If you’re 18 or older, you can create your own account. The plan policyholder can view most details for family members under 18 and limited details for those over 18.

Your plan details and health profile shape the content you see — like preventive care reminders, recommended programs, and health resources in the app’s library.

English, Spanish, and Chinese versions will be available.

The app works best on mobile phones and is available for Android and iOS. Some features may not work properly on tablets.
