We’re rolling out updates over the next few months. You’ll see existing features plus new ones, starting with a health profile. More tools are coming soon to help you manage your health and benefits in one place. Think of it as your health companion — ready to guide you toward informed choices.

Most EmblemHealth members can use the app, including those who enrolled through NY State of Health, New York’s health insurance marketplace.

If you’re 18 or older, you can create your own account. The plan policyholder can view full details for dependents under 18 and limited details for those over 18.

Your plan details and health profile shape the content you see — like preventive care reminders, recommended programs, and health resources in the app’s library.

English, Spanish, and Chinese versions will be available.

The app works best on mobile phones and is available for Android and iOS. Some features may not work properly on tablets.
