To engage with individuals, health care companies need to leverage technology to create data-driven strategies that center around consumers’ wants and needs. “You have to try and understand your individual population and what’s important to them,” explained Sheehy. “Doing research and customizing messages that resonate with consumers will give you that advantage.”
