EmblemHealth received a silver award for Innovation in Customer Service in recognition of its innovative work in serving the City of New York members. Established in 2002, the Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals in more than 60 nations. The awards were presented during a ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada where EmblemHealth staff members were present to accept the top honors.
