"I am honored to be elected Chairman of EmblemHealth's Board of Directors. He provided assistance to Congress in the development of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
Mr. Feerick succeeds Frank Branchini as Chairman, who is retiring from the Board following a more than 30-year tenure with the company. Mr. Branchini previously served as CEO of EmblemHealth, a position from which he also retired on September 1 following the appointment of Karen Ignagni.
