Our first location in the Bronx, Neighborhood Care Southern Boulevard provides one-on-one, in-person customer service support, connections to community resources, and programming to help the entire community. Our diverse team of Customer Care Navigators can help you build on healthy behaviors in your daily life and empower you to take control of your health.

Meet with our team to learn more about your health plan benefits or get help choosing a health plan that works for you. We offer support in English and Spanish.

You can also sign up for free fitness and wellness classes such as yoga, Zumba, and meditation, as well as health and nutrition workshops. And bring a friend – our classes are open to the community!
