Your Postpartum Health

Taking a new baby home is one of the happiest times in a woman’s life. But, with that, comes lots of physical and emotional challenges and questions. While you’re taking care of your baby, be sure to take care of your mental health as well. Some women get depressed during or after having a baby, but effective care for depression is available and can make it easier for you to give your baby the attention he or she needs to be healthy.
