NEW YORK, NY (March 19, 2012) — EmblemHealth appointed Arthur J. Byrd as Chief Financial Officer and Nicholas P. Kambolis as General Counsel, effective April 1, 2012.
Mr. Byrd and Mr. Kambolis replace Michael D. Fullwood, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, who will be leaving the company.
Mr. Byrd has served in various roles since joining the company in 2002, most recently as the Vice President of Budgeting, Forecasting and Investor Relations. Mr. Byrd received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Francis College.
Mr. Kambolis joined the company in 1997, and has served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel since 2008. Mr. Kambolis earned his Juris Doctor from City University of New York Law School and his Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College.
