Broccoli and Parsnip Stir-Fry

Healthy Broccoli Recipe


1 leek, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
2 parsnips, thinly sliced and boiled until tender
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce


  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add garlic and leek.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes until leek is softened.
  4. Add reduced sodium soy sauce, water, parsnips and broccoli.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes.
