Healthy Broccoli Recipe
1 leek, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
2 parsnips, thinly sliced and boiled until tender
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- Heat oil.
- Add garlic and leek.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until leek is softened.
- Add reduced sodium soy sauce, water, parsnips and broccoli.
- Cook for about 5 minutes.
Broccoli is high in vitamins A and C, and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits.
