National Eat Your Beans Day was celebrated the first week of July and we’d like to celebrate by sharing a delicious black bean summer salad recipe. It’s refreshing, tasty, easy to make, and more importantly filled with fiber, protein, and other nutrients. Adding beans to your diet may improve heart health, bone health, and relieve digestive issues. They can also be a great meat alternative for vegetarians.
